It seems I've got moderately high blood pressure, so will have to go on some medication in order to keep a check on it. This page seems pretty clear and useful as to what to do about it.

Handy page indeed. I've always seemed to have low blood pressure but hypertension runs in my family so I know its something I need to keep checking up on.
