This is drawn by a guy called Kev F. He's the guy behind the 'Scottish Falsetto Sock Theatre' if anyone's seen that... I met him about 5 years back when he was drawing caricatures of people in a pub in Edinburgh. He's now working for The Beano. Pretty good going...
