Celtic have just won the SPL - only a few weeks after Rangers had 3 games in hand... wahey!

It was down to the final two games of the season and both teams were on equal points, though Celtic had 4 more goals. So Rangers had to win by 5 to win the league, and hope that Celtic lost or drew... But Celtic are 1-0 up (against Dundee United) and Rangers are 0-2 down (against Aberdeen).

After the Rangers disappointment last week I can only say hahaha!

So Celtic are guaranteed a place in next season's Champions League - excellent.

I was watching the match tonight and it was pretty nail bighting until the end. Close - as it should be.

It was pretty tense for sure - I was just listening online to it. It was excellent commentary and you could hear the Celtic support cheering and singing when they heard that Rangers were 2 down... brilliant

one thing that was completely out of place was one of the BBC Scotland commentators at about 10:20pm though - he'd been asked about getting the Celtic players to be interviewed and he said he couldn't because 'they're still down there, dancing like darkies'... At least that's what I think he said. What else could I have got the sound of 'darkies' mixed up with though? Parkies?

Is that a bit like when Bill McClaren(spelling) said "there's a wee nip in the air" when Scotland were playing Japan at rugby in winter????

Maybe not...
