This is a clip from 'The Baldy Man' (s02-e01) starring Gregor Fisher of 'Rab C Nesbitt' fame - capped from a Russian TV station. It's a ripoff of Mr Bean really, but more cartoon-like. There's something quite cool about making a comedy that has international appeal and you can really hear that in the Russians laughing along.
