youtube's new search 'feature'

I see that youtube have changed their search result display method - and I'm not happy... I uploaded an interview with David Walliams yesterday and it doesn't show in the search. I added the tags relevant to him, but nothing...
I wonder if they're reacting to copyright issues by holding back search results until the videos are checked?
