Cheap. uncomplicated exercise.

I reckon being overweight AND exercising, is way better than being overweight with ZERO exercising.

This "Simple Workout Before a Long Flight" is cheap, easy to understand AND attempt, and as applicable to daily life as 'Long Flights'.

You determine the repetitions AND which ones to try that suit you........... and try and keep it regular if possible :thumbs: > :teacup:

Train, don't strain
