I don't know where I've been that I missed this topic alltogether, but very nice pictures from everyone. I loved Major's renovation of Luke's childhood picture. Simply amazing. Lovely pics in Delaware. Lots of beautiful pictures. I'll have to look around and see if I have any good ones. ;-)

Thanks, pirtybirdy. A little time and patience were all it took.

Good luck with the drawer dive -- the more photos, the merrier.

The view from my old apartment, with water added in Corel Draw. I took this with a Canon Ixus digital (4 megapixel) in five parts, then stitched the pics together with Canon Photostitch, before adding the water.

While swimming in the pool yesterday with my nieces and nephew we were paid a visit by a local dragonfly. He was missing one wing, but he seemed to be doing fine.

Nice. Do you have one without the water?

Cool dragonfly, Sky. Awesome colours. (And they eat bugs, so if they *are* bugs, that makes them bug predators, which is worth something imho.)

We love dragon flies...

Our house / garden is full of them.
Between the dragon fly population, the various species of Praying Mantis & the Toads, our mosquito problems are pretty non existant 80% of the summer.

Not the best Pictures, but this is the new house in Maine (where we are having a family bash over the next 10 days).
We started building in October / November 2006.
By the start of June 2007 (when the last shots were taken) 90% of the work was complete.
It will be a bit of a 'working vacation' for me as I have to do some grounds keeping etc...
Other than the landscaping, just about everything else is complete according to the builders etc... (Crosses fingers)

Maine house in various stages of being built:

The view across the water (we are real close to the water) from the spcae here is the same as our master bedroom above here.
