It was a great mix for sure - churches, political parties, charities, action groups, basically every kind of resepected organised group within society were represented. If anyone can look at that and still believe that nothing can be done then hell mend us all!

in Glasgow yes, I'd say that was probably fair. And considering there was no mass-media info about it I'd say that was pretty good, even I only found out about it on the Monday previous.

yesterdays morning star said there were 60,000 at the london protest :)

so take your pick, i've seen numbers from 3000 to a 100,000 quoted :lol: :?
