OK - a prawn was a bad example. How about a crab or a mussel (OK - good mussels are supposed to be flushed by staying in clean water for a while to clear their guts, but crabs?)
Anyway, you should see some of the food I've been offered in expensive restaurants in South Korea. I've been offered small intestines in a big pot of tomato, spicy kimchi & mushroom sauce. Some of the sections definitely had a "natural filling".
This is straying off the topic of canned food though.
