Ingerland!!

Post by faceless »

Watching the England v Croatia game just now and it's quite surprising to see Croatia winning 2-0. At this rate Russia have to draw with Andorra (!!) for England to get through - it's a crazy game...

This is just horrible to watch.

Time to start rooting for Andorra!

The only fun I've had from it so far is watching the players slide about all over the place...

England just aren't playing well at all - it seems more desperation than passion.

2-3 They loved playing with our nerves clearly.

They think it's all over...... it is now.

England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland fail to qualify. It's going to be a long summer for those players.

it must have been tough to lose after coming back to 2 each

I'll be supporting sweden in the finals - they did ok in the World Cup and I've always liked their style.

It sure was tough, especially after a great second goal.

You could see the whole team change in attitude after that though, no longer going forward, anticipating they had the result before the game was over.

They deserved to go out frankly, unlike Scotland.

Bets on the new England Manager - best man for the job out of the "home" managers would be Harry Redknapp, but they will never offer it to him and he probably wouldn't accept anyway. BIt like Brian Clough.

I reckon they will pull every string they can to get Martin O'Neill - but I'm not sure he wants it either.

No idea why...but i think i wanted England to loose. Now it shows them that they are just overpaid tossers who can't even win a game.

what gets me is how much this is on the news - at least 40 minutes of each hour in the last 16 has been given over to this result on News-24. English BBC pricks crying into their cornflakes isn't my idea of international news!
