George to speak in parliament on Monday night...
...about democracy in Pakistan. Tune into the parliament channel for some vintage Galloway. I'm guessing from about 19:30 onwards.
Paul.
Paul.
that was incredible, geoff hoon is the king of waffle - my heads all kinda mashed up at the moment - i can't work out how he can come out with what he did after what galloway put forwards. and the way they just ended it, though galloway was standing up obviously wanting to put questions towards him. the whole system is bollocks.
they archive these on the parliament site, this would be a good one to put on youtube - with geoff hoons answer, maybe with little pointers if possible to point out the hypocrisy in what he's saying.
crazy

Galloway's speech was excellent and I was wondering how Hoon would respond. The only time he referred to anything that Galloway really said was when he pointed out a single error he'd made.
I'll upload the full 17 minutes that I got. The ending did seem abrupt but it goes to show how that setup works. I didn't hear anyone saying 'Nay' to the request for the house to shut up shop...
